Please allow a delivery time of at least 48 hours between placing order and confirmation of order by ourselves.
1. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius for all products, if you live outside this area then call us to arrange delivery details.
2. Quantities of 10 litre and 20 litre polypins are supplied in a non-returnable polypin (an easy-to-use polythene container in a box fitted with a tap). Quantities of 9 gallons are supplied in barrels. (We also supply you with the equipment to dispense the beer from the barrel, but the barrel, stillage and tap will need to be returned to us, whereupon we will return the £50.00 deposit paid by you).
3.Beer is only supplied in "sedimented" condition. Sedimented beer will need to settle in a cool (ideally 14C) undisturbed place for 48 hours before it is ready to drink. If kept in ideal conditions, sedimented beer in polypins should remain drinkable for up to 4 weeks, whilst sedimented beer in casks should be drunk within 5 days, once tapped.
4. Please complete the beer order section of the order form, including date and time you would like us to deliver to you the ale, together with full name and address details, together with any special delivery instructions.
