A seasonal beer made from English pale and amber malt. The malty flavour has a bitterness and punch from the fruity Pacific Gem hops.

This special beer has been produced to celebrate 1100 years of the North Curry Church being in existence. To mark this we are making a donation from every bottle produced to the Church fund.

The recipe was inspired by the original Church Ale. We used Pilgrim Hops and Cascade Hops to give the Amber coloured beer a lovely, fruity aroma. Maize flakes were added to give it a smooth sweetness in contrast to the bitter hops.

We have brewed a limited edition ale especially for Christmas. This is a traditional winter ale made with pale, crystal and chocolate malt. It has a gorgeous dark ruby colour making it rich and full of flavour. We have used pilgrim bittering hops and for added aroma cascade and pacific gem hops for a wild berry flavour. Finally we have added a hint of cinnamon to give it the flavour of Christmas.
